I first saw NO MORE HEROES in late 97 at The Vic in Derby, and from that gig I thought they were great. The sound was the same as what you would expect from The Stranglers, even the vocals were spread out in the way (with one or two exceptions).
The other gigs I saw them play around this time was (in no aprticular order) 3 Nuns in Loughbrough, The Chequers in Hucknall, Half Time Orange in Leicester, Zaks in Milton Keynes, and there was many more.

In 1998 No More Heroes were offered a gig at in London, at The Kings Head. This date was the same as when The Stranglers were to play at The Empire in Shepards Bush. With this offer they obviously said yes, but played at an earlier time in the day.
The photographs that I did from this day are below.

Around 2001 it was thought, off hand but good at the time to do some "promotional" images for No More Heroes to accompany the "Rats Ravens & Meninblack"album. These images were done on the day that a private gig was perofmed at the Notts County Football ground. Clik on the image below to have a look at these images.

The selection of photographs are from the latest No More Heroes Gig, which was at THE LIMELIGHT in Crewe
